What seems to make the problem better or worse? nothing How long have you had this problem? few weeks

Hello, It is possible the fuse for the factory audio amplifier has gone bad. Check your fuses, then reset the radio by removing the radio fuse for about 30 minutes. Let me know if that does not pan out.
Did you resolve this? If so, what was the problem? I have a 2010 Mariner with the exact same issue and haven't been able to figure it out yet.
Just bought a 2010 Mercury Mariner. Radio didn't work. Checked the fuses. Left the ones related to the radio out for over 30 minutes. Still nothing. Disconnected the negative post on the battery and left it off for 2 minutes. Hooked it back up and started the engine. Radio immediately worked.
