no power to front wipers or hvac blower

replaced power steering assist unit on 2009 mercury mariner, after reassembly power steering good, but front wipers and hvac blower do not have power. 5a fuse ( location 45) in console fuse box, title (front wiper logic/blower motor relay) also no power. also related fuses location 10 30a and location 12 40a engine bay do not appear blown but i have not gone any further. any advice greatly appreciated. thank you
