what is the rubber with a bolt through it that goes on the front body mounts called ? it hold's the uni frame from the frame .

You'll have to replace the whole mount. I tried to find a piece of rubber, but once I removed it I noticed the play and wear in the mount. This mount on the top passenger side is padded in all directions. When the rubber on top falls out or is working itself out then it's time to replace the mount and maybe others too. Hope this helps.
