radio,message center, and dash lights all quit on 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid

What is your question?

the radio quit first then a couple months later the message center quit. 2 weeks after that all the dash lights quit. Have checked all the fuses and they are all good. Was wondering if all could be related to one thing
