I can see all my front lights working but there are the ones that sit on the outside edge of the main headlight that is an Amber color that I've never seen turn in. Can someone assist me with this problem?

As mentioned, the lights I am referring to are the ones that sit just outside the main headlight on the front of the car. I thought they were probably part of the turn signals but they both do not light up. Thanks in advance.
