Hello, the wipers have multiple speeds - but perhaps they won't go as fast as you wish, even at the highest speed during the rain? This should be assessed by a technician near you who has access to a Ford compatible diagnostic tool that can check inspection of components, including wiper switch and motor function. There is also a component test of the wiper motor which checks the power draw of the wiper motor in case it's experiencing internal wear and may cause slow operation.
