Car jumped all lights on before jump, but won't crank or turn over

What is your question?

Seems to only happen in the cold but it would always turn over after a jump. Now dash lights up headlights on interior lights on but even after jumping no click.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Worse when engine is cold, or cold out

How long has your 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis had this problem?

A year but only in the cold 32° or cooler
