What is your question?
The fuse box has burned up twice. The red wire on a plug that connects to the bottom of the fuse box keeps heating and burning the fuse box. This is a plug that also has an orange wire that connects to a plug in for an anylyzer hook up. It has something to do with the A/C and blower motor. When A/C is running the wire heats up. This has been checked by the dealership and also two independent shops but they can't find anything. Does anyone have an answer? Thanks

Sounds like your Blower Motor may be getting old and drawing too much power and heating up the wiring and fuse box. You did mention that the wires heat up when the A/C is on and the blower motor is running. Does it ever get the wires hot with the blower motor and A/C off? If not then a good test for this is to do a blower motor amperage draw test. A good shop who is sharp at electrical will have no problems doing this test. here are some shops: http://repairpal.com/mercury-repair-in-pasadena-texas
The wire does heat up when the a/c is off. I have already replaced the blower motor, blower switch and blower resistor. I have taken it to 2 electrical shops and they both say that the blower is pulling more than usual amps but that is normal for the cougar.
