My temp gauge in is running hot and my heat is blowing cold.

First is to inspect coolant level , Would not drive! need to bring in and have a coolant pressure check, if fluid is low to inspect for a possible leak in system. Thanks Larry 419-693-6141

As in answer #1, check coolant level first. Probably is low and needs refilled. Will need to check for leaks. Other possibility is a blockage in the coolant system in which you will need to have it 'flow tested'. Check coolant first and look for leaks before any thing else.....
