What is your question?
Hi! I have a 99' Mercury Cougar. Was driving today and on ice hit a curb with my right front tire. Hubcap cracked, but the rim and tire were fine. Still felt off, so I stopped. It appears something bent holding the wheel. How much would it cost to fix it?
How long has your 1999 Mercury Cougar had this problem?
Just today, bringing to mechanic tomorrow.

Hello, First, glad no one was hurt and that the damage was seemingly minor. The suspension and steering of the vehicle need to be checked to see if something is actually physically bent. This can be checked by visual inspection, or by measurement of the vehicle's wheel alignment. Once you have the results of those checks, you can determine what needs to be done to bring your vehicle back to proper working order.
Something is definitely physically bent, no question. I really really hope it's minor, I just really want it to be less than 300 dollars.
