When I turn on the blower moter it does not work

checked fuse? or checked for damaged wire? or possibly switch may need replacing. Most fan switches get worn contacts due to the fact that 9 times outta 10 when you turn your fan on you go straight from off to high. Thus causing the contacts to wear or creat carbon build up from the small arc.
