How to get the lights to go up and down

Open the hood on each headlight there is a motor on the top of each motor there is a rubber cap. Unplug power to h lamp motor remove rubber cap turn dial until h lamp goes up. This is the manual method hope it helps.

Test 'ALL' fuses with a test light!!.. IF no open (blown) fuses found.. Have mechanic check it out..with the lights in the UP position..can still drive at night!.. Don't know your skill level but may find a helpful video by searching YouTube...
