What is your question?
Had to jump car off to get it out of garage and took to a shop to recharge battery. Thought problem was the loop for the electrical would not let audio come on when weak battery. Audio worked before battery ran down. I understand there are fuses, particularly one behind radio, could that be the problem. I have checked the fuses in the interior compartment of car and in the engine and they have connectivity. The fuses are not the color the chart states they should be, but that may just be my vision or color perception; I know they have connectivity at the location the chart states is for audio. Any answers

Do you have a factory or after market radio in your Mercedes? As for the battery, some Mercedes have two batteries - Battery One is for the engine and Battery Two is for the computer memory which would control the radio. Battery Two is a smaller battery and is typically located on the passenger side under the hood. In regards to the fuse, if you have not already open the fuse box on the driver side and look for a printed piece of paper showing a diagram of fuse locations for your specific vehicle. Looking up this information online can sometimes be confusing because you'll find multiple diagrams for your model vehicle based upon the different options that one may have.
Must be worse. Had battery charged yesterday; today is dead again. Sounds like alternator is out. The diagram was not in the box where the fuses are in the interior. I understand the audio has to be rekeyed using a code provided, but I have to be able to turn the audio on. It does not. I just hope the Harmon Kardon audio system is not burned out. But now it sound like the alternator may be. Your opinion please.
At this point without seeing the vehicle, it's really hard to tell what's going on. Our technician is suggesting that you bring the vehicle in and have the charging system and battery tested. Once complete we'll have a better idea how to proceed with the radio issue. We're open Monday - Friday 7 to 6 and Saturday 7 to 4.
