I had a transmission mount replaced in 10/2012. how long should it last?

First - consider if you have a different mount that is failed. Then, consider the reasons a mount could fail. Often times, mounts fail due to the presence of oil that has leaked onto the rubber portions of the mounts, causing the rubber to deteriorate and tear. This is all a guess from where I sit, but common. Ask further questions for sure.
