Navigation system doesn't show available satellites and thus does not work

I hate to tell you, but you'll have to consult an entertainment / audio unit specialist local to you, or a local dealership to learn this information. The vehicle being 13 years old -- it is likely the information and operation would be quite outdated anyway, but it's possible to be looked at and evaluated nonetheless.
