leaking fluid @ visor, how can this be repaired.what is a fair price to pay

Hydraulic cylinder is leaking. Average mechanical ability needed to replace this part. There are 2 of them on top of your windshield behind the plastic cover. Once you remove it (or both) you can have them rebuilt via mail for about $ 100 each. MB will charge several hundred for replacement.
