car has check engine light on, owned for a week i can get over 60mph rpms like 1500 not high, owned car for a week before i start changing coil packs and plugs, modules, since i don't have a total power lost , could it be catalytic converter, flue / air,any suggestions before sending a lot of money car has 105k

1 - INVOLVING YOUR AIR SYSTEM MAYBE A MAJOR VACUUM LEAK
2 - SPARK ON ONE SIDE OF ENGINE MAYBE SPARK PLUG REGULATOR (HALF OF THE REGULATORS BLOCK COULD BE DEAD)

So i should check or have shop check all hoses and also change plugs or spark plug regulator. So youre saying no coil packs thank you for your advice and help
Voltage regulator sits on top of the engine center. IF that goes out, you will have misfires on both sides of the engine. Your problem is most likely the ignition coil pack assy also called a cassette that needs to be replaced. Approx 1400 plus labor. IS your engine tuned for performance?
No its stock. Benz just told me $1200 for coil pack i see standard ignition on rockauto for $800. So from the codes do i need left or right side coil pack

i doubt its coil packs because it seems to favor one side of the engine
