worth a try, but conventional batteries do not do well once fully discharged-cheap and easy to have done, try it and then load test it to see if it will work, many auto parts stores will do this for free if you remove it and take it in to them.
You should be able to remove the battery and have it recharged at no cost at any auto parts store. I would recommend getting a new battery (roughly $200 in my area) since a fully drained battery isn't the most reliable, even after having it recharged.
