its leacking coolant at the back of the engine. Is it the hose? cant find exactl

My engine might be a little different in the 2006 but I have had multiple leaks with the cooling system, one of which was in the back. It was the hose with mine and I just had it more or less melted back together where the crack in the hose was. A mechanic did this for me so I don't know the process to do this on your own but I recommend either replacing the hose or learning the proper way to do this yourself.
