Have new condenser fan assembly. It will not turn on, car is over heating.

Suspect multiple causes/ problems now. Dealer diagnosed defective A/C head, (TCM) as A/C problem. Replaced module/ problem persists. Regarding overheating, replaced thermostat, flushed coolant system, replaced with pento frost. Still overheats. These repairs were done after my initial post. Fan turns on when temp is too high, by then it wont cool down. Air coming from condenser is scorching hot! Like coolant is boiling! Never experienced this! Recap: had burst ac hose, air not working, no other problems! Replaced hose, compressor, drier, fan assembly, water pump, did evac and recharge, all recommended by mechanic. Current problems, aside from no a/c, occurred after shop did the first repairs. The fan worked, car did not overheat, condenser air was not scorching hot, coolant was not boiling. Now I have all these problems! Would like to solve overheating first, then solve a/c issue. Could issues be interrelated?
