No blown fuses for seats or side mirrors as well as tilt and telescoping steering wheel. Worked once and then not since.

what were previous electrical issues? yes very possible
Suprisingly no previous issue, worked one minute then nothing. Check all fuses and none blow. I have read that a short in the passenger side exterior mirror has been know to shor because of poorly insulated wire, but have not investigated that .
