LTB a 2002 MB S430 but it has a problem with the ESP BAS module ABS light is on

The previous owner said that his mechanics told him the ESP BAS ABS module is bad and it make the cars suspension, automatic ride shocks go up when the turn when I turn off the car. Is this an easy fix or is it something it's much more difficult than just replacing that ESP BAS module to control the airmatic shocks. I'm try to decide to purchase this vehicle or not need help bad!!! My first time buying a Mercedes Benz just don't want to throw my self down a money pit.
