On lock sequence stopped working

What is your question?

I can neither lock not unlock the car using the autolock sequence inside the car or using the controller fob.

You may have an issue with the pse pump. Its a vacuum pump is for your door locks and soft close doors. Try the soft close doors, if that doesn't work you may want to check the fuse for the pump. The pump is located under the passenger seat. Alex

Fuse 3 and 11 in the trunk fuse block.
