How can I troubleshoot this acceleration problem with my Mercedes 2017 c280?

Whenever the gas pedal is pressed, the car does not accelerate as it should & it takes a while until the car actually moves. This happens especially after a stop. On the highway the car can drive fine, but it takes longer for it to accelerate to the speed limit, but not as slow as when the car is stopped. the RPM flies to 30 or 40 while the car is barely rising in speed. It also got louder when this problem started occurring. The gas filter was changed and still, no change. It got even louder after it was changed. Please help! What could be the problem?
