burning smell coming through the air vents

Same thing just happened to me, I just bought an 07 R-350. also saw some oil spots on the ground. Dealer gave me a free 90 day zero cost bumper to bumper warranty and said it was the oil separator units, he replaced all three. They are tiny and easy on and off. He said they are very well known to fail every 50.000 but the cost of a new one was $45 and half hour labor. Now no more leaking or smells.

was the oil change done at a MB specialty shop or did you take it to Goober Lube??
