Friday 3/19/10 I wasn't able to get my car out of park, 30 minutes later, I was able to drive to the Benz deal. Pick it up on Tuesday 3/23/10. On Thursday 3/25/10 After work my battery dies out, was jump and started right up, Benz roadside came and check out battery, came out good with 12 volts. Went home, four hours later my car wouldn' go into gear again. Was told back to the dealer, put new battery in, still not able to put in gear and my power truck doesn't work either... I know for the fact my car wasn't diagnostic the right way...

I had the same problem at almost 40K miles. They replaced an ISM Control Module and sent me on my way. A few weeks later it happened again and they replaced the Steering Column Control Module. It has not happened again (and that was 2.5 years ago).
