My vehicle is losing power and dying intermittently and will restart after 15min

I have had the battery, starter and alternator tested and all our fine it also has plenty of gas. It dies at stop lights and turning corners, or wont start back right away after killing the engine, but will always start back after 10 to 15 minutes of sitting. It recently had the battery replaced and also is having problems with the radio and gauges since then as I do not have the code to enter. Could the issues be related?
