Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your ML430. If your horn is sounding off intermittently, the culprit is often a faulty horn switch, clock spring, or relay. On your ML430, the horn fuse is located in the engine room fuse block. I don't recommend removing the fuse as it will fully disable the horn but it doesn't hurt to check that it is fully intact. Your owner’s manual should have a diagram that will give the exact fuse location and amperage. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
