The cover page says Vacuum Leaks are the cause for a rough Idle 34% of the time. Does that include the Secondary Air Injection Control Valve (EGR Valve)?

I have a 2007 Mercedes ML 350 W164 with a rough idle. Runs fine at higher RPM.
VVT Valve Solenoid was replaced by repair shop with no improvement.

This engine SN is not one that has the known Balance Shaft Gear Failure.
If the AC is on full blast smooths out the rough idle would that point to the Secondary Air Injection Control Valve (EGR Valve)?
Parts # 002-140-7460.
If the AC on full blast doesn't smooth out the rough idle would the sequence be:
Check all vaccuum lines
Install new Spark Plugs
Install new Ignition Coil
