Hello, You need to get the vehicle to a certified Mercedes technician right away as these vehicles have balance shaft issues. This issue can lead to complete engine failure, and is already expensive to repair. If it is not this issue, you may have a bad cam adjuster solenoid, timing chain tensioner, or worn timing chain rails. I actually have one of these, and have been lucky so far with all of these issues, however, they are extremely common.
