AC not working

What is your question?

Just purchased a used 2001 ML320 with 110000 miles and the ac wasn't working, compressor wasn't going on so I charged the AC with Freon 60 on the low side, 175 on the high side ac compressor starting working but still not getting cold and the AUX fans are not coming on fuse and relay are good.

If the fans aren't coming on, how do you suspect the refrigerant will change into a liquid so that it can be exchanged with heat in the evaporator?
