i have this problem to a/c was blowing cold after i turn knob to off and turn back on came back on cold then the a noise came from the air vent switch to hot air cant get to change back to cold air. please help me out some one . like it just swap from cold to heat u can hear something inside shift over. on my ml320 98 mercedes. please can someone help me .
