It says battery, but my battery warning light is not on. I had the battery replaced 4 months ago. I turned off the car and it restarted fine with no problems displayed. Glitch? Anything I should worry about?

If you have a large red warning in the cluster where your speedometer is then there is a fault. This red screen usually comes with a written warning so if it's saying battery that could mean the battery is not being charged. You could have an alternator or regualator issue.
