What is your question?
Moved car two days ago, it cranked normally. Today it will not crank. When door is opened, everything is normal; interior lights come on, info on dash shows date, mileage, etc. When key is inserted, the message changes to "Remove key from ignition" or something to that effect. When the key is turned to the run position, no blinkers or radio. Rear hatch operates with key fob. Tried both key fobs, no difference. Battery is less than two years old. Put a jump box on the battery, no change. The battery terminal connections are good, absolutely no corrosion. Car locks and unlocks with fob. Also, I made sure it is in Park. Got to be something simple. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Ok, tell this to your GLK350, GET TOGETHER, GLK! WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS! It should start now. If it doesn't, let's give you some other options. Your key fob might not be communicating properly with the ignition switch. Even though it locks and unlocks the doors, the issue could still be with the key or ignition electronics. Try this: remove the key, lock the car with the fob, wait a few minutes, then unlock and try again. If that doesn’t work, check the starter relay or fuses. Also, ensure the steering lock isn't engaged – sometimes wiggling the steering wheel while turning the key helps. You might need a diagnostic scan to pinpoint the issue if it persists. It’s likely a small electronic glitch, but it's worth a deeper look if these steps don’t work. If you have any other questions, please call us at 877-913-1554!
