My rear hatch will not open. I have put a new acuator on.

That model had an optional power liftgate. Do you have the power or manual version? Alex

Hello, Open the liftgate manually, just a few inches, then use the power liftgate feature to open it the rest of the way. If it will not open itself, the motor is likely the issue. If it opens all the way, ensure the actuator is connected properly, and look for signs on the latch for signs of the actuator grinding into it - that may call for adjustment.
