Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! A persistent vibration or noise at higher speeds on your E550 can be quite a nuisance. Since you've replaced the torque bushings, wheels, and tires, let's consider a few other possibilities. Check the wheel bearings and tie rod ends on the passenger side. Even a slight wear in these components can cause vibrations at higher speeds. Another potential culprit could be a bent axle or an issue with suspension components like the control arms or sway bar links. If everything checks out mechanically, don't forget to inspect the driveshaft and its related components, as an imbalance can also cause vibrations.
