Why would my 10 amp fuel pump lock fuse keep blowing? Car will not start

Well,if that's the correct size fuse for it,then the fuse is more than likely doing what it's suppose to do(doing it's job)BLOWING the fuse because of a dead short,BUT WHERE? you will need to find that circuit and either start hunting that gremlin OR have a shop check/find the cause. sometimes electrical gremlins are hard to locate,sometime you may find it in a matter of minutes. be nice if you could find an electrical schematic of that circuit online by searching...
