Hello, the Turbine Speed Sensor is located inside the electronic control unit on the transmission housing. Honestly, you'll need a picture to describe the location of this sensor among the other several sensors. It is in the middle, I can tell you that, but I can't tell you how to identify it verbally.
You most likely have an issue with the electrical conductor plate. This contains the turbine speed sensor. Pretty easy job. Take off the trans pan, then the conductor plate. It's about 8 t-30 bolts and it comes right down. The conductor plate sits right on top. Here is a link to the part. You will need fluid, filter and pan gasket too.
