I had the same problem the code might be wrong if it not the original that came with the car get with the service manager and it involves pulling out the radio to get the serial numbers so he can find out from the manufacture what the code is.That's how I did it.
The problem is I cant even put a number in. I've tried keying in the code but no numbers appear. C just continues flashing in code mode. Thanks again for any more help.
