Under the hood, at the passenger side, near the firewall there should be a relay, which called main relay AKA over voltage protection relay. It has an aluminum housing, there is a 10AMP fuse on the top of the relay, make sure it isn't blown. I have seen relays which goes bad even without blowing the fuse. Zee
