What is your question?
This started after I had a flat tire and AAA changed the tire and put the "bad" tire in the trunk. My convertible top will not open because the computer says the trunk is partially open!

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like your E350's trunk sensor got a little fussy after that flat tire fiasco. If the "trunk open" light is on, even when the trunk is closed and locked, it could be that the latch sensor was jostled or isn't fully engaging. Try reopening and closing the trunk firmly, ensuring nothing's blocking the latch. The weight or position of the "bad" tire might have also shifted something out of alignment. If the sensor keeps crying wolf, it might need adjustment or replacement to let your convertible top do its thing again.
