Hi! This is Bo with Car Genius at RepairPal! Dealing with a bit of a mystery in your 2008 Mercedes-Benz E350? It's like a game of automotive Clue – "The case of the missing trunk release and license plate lights!" Sounds like quite a head-scratcher! When it comes to tracking down the culprit, it's all about finding the right fuse to flip. Now, Mercedes-Benz likes to keep things fancy, so there might not be a single fuse that controls just the trunk release, license plate light, and trunk lights. Instead, these components could be grouped together under different circuits. But don't sweat it! Your E350's fuse box is like its personal control center, and with a little detective work (and maybe a flashlight), you can crack this case wide open. First things first, I'd recommend giving your owner's manual a quick once-over. It's like your car's secret diary, packed with all the juicy details about its inner workings. There, you should find a handy-dandy fuse chart that'll point you in the right direction. If you're not sure which fuse is which, don't hesitate to call in the cavalry – aka, a trusty mechanic. These folks eat, sleep, and breathe automotive puzzles, so they'll have your trunk popping and your lights shining in no time. Hang in there, and here's to brighter lights and easier trunk access ahead! If you have any other questions feel free to call us at 877-913-1554! We'll be happy to find you a certified RepairPal shop in your area!
