Antifreeze drain and fill cost?? Fuel pump wiring??

Thanks for your answer. The fuel pump needed to be replaced so he told me that the fuel pump wiring also need to be repair ?? Yes $100 for a antifreeze drain and fill on top of the water pump replacement cost , now he is saying I need to replace the rear heated O2 sensor for the service engine light to go off and it will cost me about $300 Man this is crazy ....(fuel pump,fuel pump wiring repair, water pump replaced,brake fluid flush,oil change,antifreeze drain and fill,radiator upper hose all of that cost me almost 2000$)!!! this guy is a friend referral ! Did I over paid ??? So the antifreeze would have been done with the water pump? And the radiator upper hose I by accident broke it and needed a new one easy to take off and put on I was told that the part could cost between 30-40$ but this guy charged me 95$ , brake fluid flush was 95$ all said and done parts was $400 labor was 900$ does this sounds fair ?
