when changing motor mounts is it best to change both if the transmission mount

You have 2 motor mounts and 1 transmission mount. You may as well replace them both because if you replace the motor mounts and not the tranny mount and the tranny mount is bad, it will still cause a vibration which could eventually mess up the motor mounts, as well as other things.
