the emergency brake pedal is stuck and will not release after I pressed on it

Did the release handle break? If the release handle isn't working, you'll need to pull on the release cable (the goes to the pedal assembly) another way. It might be visible through the hole where the handle protrudes (if it's broken off) or you'll have to remove the dash end piece (the one normally covered by the door) in order to get at the cable from the side and pull to release the pedal. If the release is working and the pedal is still stuck down, the issue may be further up the system (like from the pedal to the parking brake mechanisms themselves) and the car will have to be towed.
