In my experience, SRS lights on Mercedes' range from less expensive (seat belt buckle sensor) to most expensive (SRS module + dealer programming). The only way to know is to have your car's computer scanned. SRS is an acronym for Supplemental Restraint System which is a fancy way of describing the car's air bags. When the SRS light is on, the airbags are turned off by the computer and will not deploy in a crash. Hope this helps. Thank for your inquiry. david@apexautoaz.com
