Broken lug bolt

take off the tire then you should be able to position the hub by hand so there's clearance on the back side to pound out the broken lug.install the new one being carefull to line up the splines and pull it thru with a lug nut.put tire back on and torque properly.

If you can remove the other 4 bolts and take off the rim you may have enough material to use vise grips to remove the broken bolt. If not then we would have to tap it and remove.

Lug nuts are not used on this vehicle, it uses wheel studs!
