There is a rattle noise between drivers door and fender at bottom of car.

Hello, The subframe alignment plates can become loose, or bent, and will create a rattle. Aside from those, the entire front subframe should be checked. If any of the body mounts are damaged, you will have a rattle as well. Have you seen a 'seasoned' MB tech for the rattle?
