does anyone know what the service g cost and consist of???

The function of the Service Code (letters A - H) is to provide the driver with an approximate time necessary to perform the required "Service Item(s)" ranging from approximately one hour for a Service A to approximately eight hours for a Service H. Service G is approximately 7 hours of labor and if it has a plus it means that there are things such as pads for the brakes that need to be replaced. It all depends from the car what it will need.
