Ball Joints

I too have a CLS500 and was told ball joints were causing problem. My front squeaks on bumps and turns. They said there was no lubricant in the joints. I injected grease into the ball joints and tie rods. noise still persists. What are your symptoms? I dont think my ball joints are bad (2 addl mechanics checked and agreed).
